Whitney Houston and Dana Bash
Whitney Elizabeth Houston was the youngest of the children of the singer Dionne Warswick and gospel music legend Cissy Houston. Whitney Elizabeth Houston grew up in a musical household. Her first singing gig was in the choir of the church she attended The New Hope Baptist Church in Newark in the early years of her childhood and at 15, she had begun singing backing vocals professionally alongside her mother on Chaka Khans 1978 hit Im Every Woman. Whitney Houston, her debut album that debuted in 1985 was the most-sold album by the debut artist. Several hit singles including Saving All My Love For You How Can I Tell You If You Give Good Love as well as The greatest Love of All were released from the album setting her up to smash the Beatles record with seven consecutive US top 10s. The album was released in 1987, and it sold over 25 million copies worldwide. The album Whitney which came out in 1987 and featuring the popular songs What Do Broken Hearts go? and I Wanna Dance With Somebody, built upon her previous success. However it is The Bodyguard (1996) that established her as the top selling album in music. Although the film and the performances of the actress were not much praised, her soundtrack album that featured her interpretation of Dolly Parton's I Will Always Love You was her top album and single for a number of months. The album sold over 44 million copies worldwide. In 1993, it was also when she got married Bobby Brown, an ex-New Edition musician and father of the sole child of her marriage, Bobbi Kristina Brown. Around this time, her well-documented substance abuse began and by 1996, Bobbi Kristina Brown had been using drugs on a daily basis.
Dana Bash is also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz and she has a job at CNN as both an anchorwoman, reporter, and political reporter. She has also produced several of the network's Saturday programs such the Evans & Novak' Late Edition' and Inside Politics.' She was also a reporter for other famous channels before, including NBC and CBS. Bash has been awarded numerous awards, including a place in the Women in Washington Power List published by Elle magazine. Bash is renowned for her amazing anchoring and reporting skills, and is admired by young journalists. Personally, the graduate from George Washington University is a doting mother to her only son. The single woman had two marriages. Bash has a huge love for all of her fans.
